Criteria for shortlisting
This year the MBA school has adopted a unique process for shortlisting the candidates for the GD and PI round. According to the admissions office of the MBA school this time they have adopted the following process for GD and PI shortlisting: Candidates meeting with the minimum cut off in each section as well as in the aggregate are selected to form an initial pool. From this pool, an index score is computed with 50 percent weight for the overall CAT score, 20 percent weight for academic performance in secondary school, 20 percent weight for higher secondary school and 10 percent weight for the work experience of the candidate. Based on this index, candidates have been called for Group Discussion and Interview. The admissions office will soon announce the final admission criteria.
Now only IIM Bangalore, Indore and Ranchi are left to announce their GD-PI shortlist.
