TPURAM: Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan Tuesday held talks with DGP Jacob Punnoose to decide what all steps to be taken against IG Tomin Thachankary for his unofficial foreign trip.
Steps would be taken against him only when Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan arrives at Thiruvananthapuram.
DGP Jacob Punnoose later telephoned Thachankary to give details immediately on his foreign trip
