KANNUR: IG Tomin Thachankary today sent a legal notice to Kerala Congress leader T M Jacob for his statement defaming the former.
The notice has sought a compensation of Rs 10 lakhs for defaming him. The IG said that if the statement is not withdrawn, he would approach the court.
