TPURAM: The state government Friday announced a solatium of Rs 500,000 to the next of kin of CRPF jawan K Rajesh, killed in Maoist carnage at Dantewada in Chattisgarh on April 6.
The decision was announced by Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan after a state cabinet meeting.
Rajesh, who hailed from Ernakulam district, was the only Malayali among the 75 CRPF personnel killed in the Dantewada tragedy.
