KOLLAM: Writer Perumbadavam Sreedharan said here on Saturday that people should engage in reading not just to while away time, but to ignite their minds. He was inaugurating a district-level Reading Week observance organised jointly by the Education Department, P.N. Panicker Foundation and the Jan Shikshan Sansthan.
