Summer special trains to clear rush

MANGALORE: In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer, Konkan Railways has decided to run summer special trains on Dadar-Ernakulam, and Dadar-Kochuveli via Konkan Railway route.

The details of these trains are as under:

Train No. 0165 Dadar-Ernakulam will leave Dadar every Wednesday at 12.45 pm and reach Ernakulam at 6 pm the next day. Its scheduled departure from Dadar are on April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, 26, and June 2. Train No. 0166 Ernakulam-Dadar will leave Ernakulam at 11.20 pm every Thursday and reach Dadar at 4.35 am on Saturday. Its scheduled departure from Ernakulam are April 8, 15, 22, and 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, and June 3.

The above trains will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Sawantwadi Rd, Pernem, Thivim, Karmali, Madgaon, Karwar, Ankola, Kumta, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Udupi, Surathkal, Thokur, Mangalore junction, Kasargod, Kanhangad, Payyanur, Kannur, Tellicherry, Vadakara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttippuram, Shoranur, Trichur, and Aluva.
