THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Government on Tuesday decided to move the Supreme Court against a Karnataka High Court verdict rejecting the states plea to lift the ban on night travel through the Bandipur National Park.
The State Government is also planning to ask the Centre to intervene in the issue. A team led by Ch i e f M i n i s t e r V. S .Achuthanandan will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and other ministers concerned in New Delhi on April 11 or April 12. This was decided at an allparty meeting convened by the Chief Minister here on Tuesday.
