PALAKKAD: Workers co-operative bank will start giving loan without surety for the poor and labourers, said Cooperative Minister G Sudhakaran. The loan can be obtained at 7% interest, he said.
Cooperative banks will be initiated for aiding Consumerfed. Steps will be taken if anyone tries to take advantage in the bank�s circular and orders. Criminal case will be registered against those trying to swindle the banks, Sudhakaran said.
