Finance Minister presents budget in assembly

TPURAM: Finance Minister Dr Thomas Isaac presented the state budget for the coming financial year in the Kerala Legislative Assembly. He began his speech by recalling the verses of poet Vyloppilly Sreedhara Menon. Relating to the verses, the Minister said that he was presenting a red and green budget.
