Development rally by NCP

KOCHI: State president of the Nationalist Congress Party will inaugurate a four-day development message rally in the district at the High Court junction on May 4.The rally is led by NCP district president C.M. Devassy. Thomas Chandy, MLA, will deliver the keynote address on the occasion. The rally is being held to highlight the absence of coordination between agencies involved and both Union and State governments, resulting in a stalemate in development projects in the district. A development document will be formed at the end of the rally and presented to the Chief Minister by the end of July, Devassy said.
