KOCHI: The Minicoy block Congress has launched an agitation against what they termed �the neglect of the islands needs by the bureaucracy at Kavaratty, the Lakshadweep administrations headquarters. Block Congress president B. Hassan said in a press release here that certain heads of departments were hostile to Minicoy.
