Ex-servicemen to block train in Kollam

Ex-servicemen, under the banner of the Kerala State Ex-Services League, will block the Lokmanya Tilak Nagar-bound Netravathi Express at the Kollam railway station on January 21, demanding the implementation of the �one rank one pension� scheme for them. League president N. Padmanabha Pillai said yesterday that the other demands of his organisation included immediate implementation of the hike in pension declared in the 2009 Union Budget and free travel by train once a year for all ex-servicemen.
