Woman techie commits suicide

A woman software engineer employed with IT major Wipro Technologies in Bangalore allegedly commited suicide at her residence yesterday police said. Lakshmi Nair, 23 who hailed from Thiruvanthapuram was reportedly depressed unknown reasons, police said. Lakshmi , who did not report for work yesterday took the extreme step when her brother Anish with whom she was staying had gone out, they said. She was found hanging from ceiling by Anish who rushed home after getting no reasons to repeated telephone calls. The police said there was no sucicide note and have begun an investigation.
