T�PURAM: The Thiruvananthapuram Principal Sub Court yesterday accepted the plea filed by the Golf Club authorities against government�s decision of taking over the club. Further proceedings will be assembled at the Thiruvananthapuram second additional sub court.
The same court had earlier denied permission to the club authorities to file a plea against the government without an anticipatory notice. They later approached the Kerala High Court and obtained order for submitting the plea.
