PALAKKAD: Two persons were struck dead by lightning at Payalur near Kollangode in the district Tuesday.
The deceased, identified as Ponnan (45) and Babu (31), were working in a brick kiln when the thunder bolt hit them, police said.
Another worker was admitted to hospital with injuries.
