THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Pradesh Pravasi Returnees� Congress will march to the Assembly on Wednesday demanding that the government rectify the anomalies in the Kerala Pravasi Welfare Fund.
The organisation�s demands included membership for all non-resident Keralites (NoRKs) in the welfare fund with no restriction on age, pension for all NoRKs over 60 years of age who had returned home, make government�s share in the welfare fund equal to that of members� share and free registration in welfare fund for all returnees.
Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president Ramesh Chennithala will inaugurate the march, State president of the organisation Isaac Thomas said at a press conference here on Tuesday.
