Mr. Maudany is one of the 32 accused in the case. A woman was killed in the blasts. He is one of the six persons mentioned in an additional charge sheet filed by the city police on June 11.
On Tuesday, the judge conducted the hearing through videoconferencing with some of the accused lodged in the Bangalore Central Prison. Thadiyantavide Nasir and Safaz, arrested in connection with the blasts, said the police had not given them copies of the charge sheet. The police sought time to supply the charge sheets.
