THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Biotechnology Commission, which comes under Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, has invited project proposals under Young Investigators Programme in Biotechnology (YIPB-2010) and Biotechnology Innovations for Rural Development (BIRD-2010) programme.
The applicant should possess a Ph.D. in any branch of life sciences/biotechnology and should have three years post-doctoral research experience in biotechnology.
The candidate should be less than 40 years of age.
Age relaxation of maximum 5 years would be given to scientists belonging to SC/ST/OBC, women and physically challenged category as per rules.
Ten copies of the project proposal along with a soft copy have to be submitted in the prescribed format.
