THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Centre for Career Development Studies (CCDS) will begin an intensive training programme from June 9 for those appearing for the civil services main examination beginning in October-November this year.
Those expecting the results of the preliminary examination held by the Union Public Service Commission on May 23 can join the programme. Apart from general knowledge, training will be given in the elective subjects also. The classes will be held from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on all working days, CCDS Director B. Chandrachoodan Nair said. Those joining the CCDS to write the main examination will be given free training to attend the final interview.
