KOCHI: Finance Minister T.M. Thomas Isaac, who holds additional portfolio of Public Works, said here on Saturday that the floor-area ratio (FAR) rules would be relaxed for those who surrender land free of cost for development of roads.
He was briefing the media at the end of a review meeting of stakeholders and authorities concerned at the Government Guest House.
