THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Agriculture Department proposes to make elaborate arrangements for distribution of vegetables during the Onam season. Agriculture Minister Mullakkara Ratnakaran told officials at a high-level meeting here on Thursday to work out the details. Mobile vegetable vending units would be pressed into service and vegetable melas would be organised, he said.
