KOCHI: A meeting of the district development committee has requested the Central and State governments to start mini train service connecting the old heritage railway station at Kombara and western Kochi.
C.M. Dinesh Mani moved a resolution, at the meeting held at the district collectorate on Saturday, seeking the implementation of the project by extending the railway line up to Mundamveli. Saju Paul, MLA, seconded the resolution.
