Indonesian envoy visits Technopark

Thiruvananthapuram: Indonesian Ambassador Andi M. Ghalib, on Tuesday, visited the Technopark campus at Kazhakuttam here as part of his official visit to India. He was accompanied by Leonard F. Hutabarat, First Secretary, and Imbang Listiyadi, Commercial Counsellor.

The delegation met Technopark officials and discussed the possibility of a collaboration between India and Indonesia. �We are interested in associating with a country like India which offers opportunities and values culture. We foresee India becoming a world leader because of its cultural supremacy, said Mr. Ghalib.

�We are looking for an opportunity to build good cultural and trade relations with India. An organisation like Technopark is necessary in Indonesia and probably we will invite the Technopark officials to visit us for discussions on setting up a similar venture,� said Mr. Ghalib.
