A Dubai-bound Indian Airlines flight with 90 passengers onboard was on Sunday brought back to parking bay shortly before it was to take-off following a snag in its hydraulic lift at Karipur International Airport in the southern Indian state Kerala.
The IC-538 flight, with seven crew members, was scheduled to take off at 10.15 am.
The aircraft was taxied to the parking bay from runway after the error was detected, airport sources said.
The passengers had been deplaned and the snag was being rectified by technicians of the airline, they said.
We hope there will not be any inordinate delay in departure of the flight, the sources added.
