T�PURAM: Union Minister of Law informed the chief minister that permission of the Kerala High Court is needed for establishing a bench in the capital city, Minister M Vijaya Kumar told the assembly Tuesday.
If the centre demands, the President can issue an order permitting to establish the bench. A political decision is needed from the centre for this, he said.
