MALAPPURAM: The Postal Department will honour Syed Mohammedali Shihab Thangal, the former State president of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), by bringing out a commemorative stamp.
It will be released on August 1, marking the first death anniversary of the Muslim leader.
