KOCHI: The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) on Friday stayed the suspension of Tomin Thachankary.
The government suspended him from service on the basis of an inquiry report of the DGP that he had breached service rules by going abroad without the permission from the government.
The CAT directed the government to inform them by April 28 if they have any clarification on the stay. In the order, the court has asked the government to decide on the post to be given to the official.
