Bail for Bineesh Kodiyeri

TPURAM: Judicial First Class Magistrate here yesterday garanted bail to Home Minister Kodiyeri Bal Krishnan�s son Bineesh Kodiyeri in two assault cases in which he is accused. The court granted Bineesh bail in two cases which took place in 2000 while he was a student of Mar Ivanios College here. The cases relate to assaulting two persons following political rivalry . Assistant Public Prosecutor Nagesh Kumar had earlier filed a withdrawal petition to dismiss the cases citing the incidents took place when complaints and the accused where students and there were presently no rivalry between them.
