KOTTAYAM: The Mahatma Gandhi University will take the lead in setting up an inter-university, inter-disciplinary biomedical research centre on the School of Medical Education campus at Thalappady near Puthuppaly.
The decision was taken after a brainstorming session organised by the university to chalk out the detailed project for the proposed super specialty hospital project being implemented on the Thalappady campus.
