MUMBAI: Construction firm HDIL today said its subsidiary Bluestar Realtors Private has received the governments approval for setting up a sector
specific special economic zone for information technology (IT) in Kerala.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has received permission from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (SEZ section) on March 10 for setting up a sector specific zone at Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala with an area of 28.32 hectares, HDIL said in filing to the National Stock Exchange.
