Kozhikode: District Medical Officer Betty Jose has cautioned people against leptospirosis (rat fever), as suspected cases of the infection are being reported regularly in the district.
A confirmed case was reported from Chengottukavu in the first week of March and 52 suspected cases had come from elsewhere in the district this year
