Kozhikode: The complainant in the mobile phone camera case filed a petition before the Kozhikode Judicial First Class Magistrates Court IV on Tuesday seeking to prosecute Nadakkavu Principal Sub-Inspector K.K. Biju and Sub-Inspector G. Sunil and three recognisable policemen for allegedly torturing him in connection with the incident. Magistrate G. Mahesh posted the petition to April 7 for further hearing.
