Thrissur: Thrissur Corporation Mayor R. Bindu has said that the Swaraj Round footpath renovation work will be completed before Thrissur Pooram.
In reply to a query by Opposition councillors at the corporation council meeting here on Tuesday, she said that the work was progressing fast.
A monitoring panel consisting Public Works Standing Committee Chairman A. M. Krishnan and city corporation engineer would monitor the work and ensure speedy completion, she added.
