THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Robin Jose of Kumily in Idukki district and Devassy P.A. of Kundannur in Thrissur district have won the State governments award for the best dairy farmer and best multi-crop farmer respectively. The awards are for the year 2009.
The awards carry cash prize of Rs.1 lakh each, a certificate and a plaque. Minister for Animal Husbandry C. Divakaran announced the awards at a press conference here on Thursday.
