KOTHAMAGALAM: The forest encroachers have distorted the tiger census at Ernakulam and Idukki districts, reliable sources say. The information in the census has been displaced in fear of the fact that they would have to quit the land and the resort if the presence of tiger there is revealed. Besides the place would be termed a conservation zone and the encroachers could not even enter the place then.
