Ban illegal lotteries: MLA

KOCHI: The State government must ban lotteries that do not have legal sanction, V.D. Satheeshan, MLA, said here on Tuesday. Referring to a report submitted by Siby Mathews, Additional Director-General of Police, on the operation of illegal lotteries in the State, Mr. Satheeshan said a businessman with a shady past was controlling the illegal lottery business.
