Thiruvananthapuram: The Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology (RGCB) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF), an independent research organisation working in several key areas like thrombosis, cancer and degenerative neuro disorders, to set up a state-of-the-art research and knowledge centre for Cardio Vascular Diseases (CVD) here. The proposed centre is expected to be operational by December this year.
