KOCHI: Omissions made in town planning has resulted in Kochi losing its green cover, former Judge of the Supreme Court V. R. Krishna Iyer has said. The city has also become synonymous with unending traffic snarls and garbage dumps, because of the inability of Government agencies to develop infrastructure fit to make it a metropolis, he said, after inaugurating a signature campaign by Kochi Poura Samity to make the city inhabitable.
