THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The draft Kerala Health Services Persons and Healthcare Service Institutions (Prevention of Violence and Damage to Property) Ordinance, approved by the Cabinet on Wednesday, seeks to protect the rights of patients, besides prohibiting violence against doctors and hospital staff.
